Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms are between you and Ankur Gupta LLC, which operates the game under the name Chessrupt. They apply to your use of Chessrupt, including gameplay modes, advertisements, Game Center features, and purchases made through Apple. By downloading or using Chessrupt, you agree to these Terms. If you are not old enough to agree where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

Apple License Terms

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the licensed Chessrupt app. These Terms supplement that agreement for Chessrupt-specific gameplay, advertising, support, and purchase behavior. If these Terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple's Standard EULA for the app license, the mandatory law or Standard EULA controls.

Free Play And Advertising

The free version of Chessrupt may display a Home banner and may offer one optional rewarded advertisement after the displayed daily Free Play allowance is exhausted. An ad is not guaranteed to be available. A refill is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Closing an ad early, a load failure, or a presentation failure grants no refill. Rewarded Free Plays apply to the current daily allowance and reset with the next daily window. Daily Challenge and Daily Puzzle remain playable without viewing an ad.

Unlimited Plays

Unlimited Plays is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple. While Apple reports the entitlement as active, it removes Chessrupt's daily Free Play limit and suppresses Chessrupt's Home banner and rewarded-ad offer. Restore Purchase asks Apple to restore eligible entitlements for the current Apple ID. Unlimited Plays does not unlock a separate subscription, consumable currency, or randomized reward.

Unlimited Plays does not guarantee permanent availability of separate Apple services such as Game Center, leaderboards, or achievements. Chessrupt may update gameplay, modes, balance, and presentation through normal app updates, but will not intentionally replace the purchased Unlimited Plays entitlement with an ad-supported or daily-limited state while Apple reports the entitlement as active.

Privacy Choices And Ad Reports

Chessrupt uses Google's consent and privacy tools where required. Changing a privacy choice can change which ads are eligible or prevent an ad from loading. It does not remove an earned purchase entitlement or block Daily Challenge or Daily Puzzle. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and Chessrupt does not review every creative before it appears. You may report inappropriate or age-inappropriate ads through the Report an Ad link in the app or the Support page.

Gameplay And Availability

Chessrupt is a game of skill and chance-like procedural variation, not gambling. Scores, streaks, generated challenges, balance, modes, and rules may change through app updates. Chessrupt does not promise that every generated position has the same difficulty or that optional online services are continuously available. Active purchase entitlements remain subject to the specific promise above.

Game Center Availability

Leaderboards, achievements, and other Game Center features depend on Apple services, network availability, compatible app versions, and ongoing support. Chessrupt may modify or discontinue optional Game Center integrations. Local gameplay does not require Game Center sign-in.

Acceptable Use

Do not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it, interfere with service operation, manipulate Game Center submissions, evade purchase controls, or use Chessrupt in a way that violates law or another person's rights. Chessrupt may restrict connected features when reasonably necessary to protect the app, players, Apple services, or legal compliance.

Intellectual Property

Chessrupt's original code, game presentation, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party assets and services remain owned and licensed by their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of original Chessrupt content or third-party content to you.

Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple where required or applicable. Chessrupt does not control Apple's refund decisions or App Store billing systems.

Disclaimers And Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chessrupt is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Chessrupt is not responsible for outages or decisions controlled by Apple, Google, network providers, or device settings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chessrupt's developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy

The Chessrupt Privacy Policy explains local data, Apple services, Google Mobile Ads, consent choices, retention, deletion, and contact options and is incorporated into these Terms.

Changes

Chessrupt may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. If you continue using Chessrupt after updated Terms take effect, the updated Terms apply to that continued use, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
