Mixagerie Privacy Policy
Effective August 23, 2026
Overview
Mixagerie minimizes data collection. Core gameplay, settings, Zen state, unlock progress, custom card kits, and imported images are stored on your device. Mixagerie does not display advertising, use cross-app tracking, sell personal information, or include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Mixagerie is published by Ankur Gupta. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@ankgupta.com.
Custom Photos And Cards
When you choose a photo, Apple’s on-device image-processing technologies extract the subject and Mixagerie prepares connected custom cards. The selected image, extracted subject, card images, and socket information remain in the app’s local storage. Mixagerie does not upload custom photos or custom cards to its public comparison service.
You can delete a custom kit in My Cards. Removing the app also removes its local data, subject to Apple’s normal backup and restoration behavior. Custom cards can be included in an image you deliberately share through the iOS share sheet; the destination you choose then handles that image under its own policies.
iCloud Compare And Leaderboards
If you submit a creation, compare public entries, vote, or open a Mixagerie leaderboard, Apple CloudKit processes the activity in the game’s public iCloud database. Public records can include a challenge identifier, a pseudonymous iCloud record identifier, identifiers for four bundled official cards, a creation time, a bounded Game Center display name or “Player,” an issued comparison pair, and winner and loser record identifiers.
Custom card images and photo metadata are not valid public submissions. Public challenge entries and related votes may be retained for up to 13 months so daily and weekly results can operate, unless removed earlier. For a removal request, email the challenge date, displayed player name, and a screenshot or other details sufficient to locate the entry. The request may need verification and some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Game Center
Game Center is optional. If you sign in, Apple can provide Mixagerie with your Game Center player identifier and display name and can process achievements and leaderboard activity. Mixagerie uses the display name for public official-card submissions and uses Game Center for achievements. Apple handles Game Center information under Apple’s policies.
Optional Tips
Optional repeatable consumable tips are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Tips support development, unlock nothing, and are not subscriptions. Mixagerie receives verified product and transaction status needed to complete the purchase flow, but does not receive your payment-card details. Apple controls payment records, refunds, taxes, and storefront pricing.
Support Messages
If you email support, the operator receives your email address and any information you choose to include. Messages are used to answer you, diagnose problems, keep necessary business records, and protect the app. Do not send sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Apple Services And International Processing
Apple provides the App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, CloudKit, Game Center, photo picker, device backup, and system sharing used by Mixagerie. Apple may process information in other countries under its own terms and safeguards. Review Apple’s Privacy Policy, App Store privacy information, iCloud privacy information, and Game Center privacy information.
Your Choices And Rights
You can avoid public Compare, Game Center, tips, photo import, and sharing. You can delete local custom kits, remove the app, manage iCloud and Game Center in Apple settings, and request access, correction, or deletion for information controlled by the operator where applicable. Because Mixagerie has no separate account system, the operator may hold no directly identifying record outside support correspondence and the bounded public records described above.
Children And Security
Mixagerie is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children. It does not ask for a birth date or create a child profile. Parents should supervise photo, purchase, Game Center, iCloud, and sharing settings. Mixagerie relies on Apple platform protections and data minimization, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes And Contact
This policy may change when the product or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, in the app. Contact support@ankgupta.com.
