Mixagerie Terms of Use

Agreement
By downloading or using Mixagerie, you agree to these supplemental terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, Apple’s terms control to the extent required for an App Store app.
Game And Availability
Mixagerie is an entertainment game. Features, card libraries, daily stacks, comparison availability, and online services can change, be corrected, or be discontinued. Internet access, a compatible Apple device, and Apple service availability may be required for purchases, Game Center, iCloud Compare, and public leaderboards.
Your Photos And Sharing
You keep ownership of photos and other content you import. You must have permission to use, edit, and share them. Do not import or share illegal, infringing, exploitative, sexually explicit, private, or harmful content. Custom photos stay local unless you deliberately share an output through the iOS share sheet. Custom cards cannot be submitted to Mixagerie’s public comparison service.
Public Official-Card Activity
When you submit an official-card creation or vote, you give permission to store, display, rank, and operate that submission and associated display name for Mixagerie’s daily and weekly challenges. Do not manipulate voting, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit automated traffic. Entries may be removed or restricted to protect players, service integrity, rights, or legal obligations.
Optional Tips
Tips are optional repeatable consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. A tip unlocks no content, feature, or entitlement and is not a recurring subscription. The localized price and purchase confirmation shown by Apple control. Refund requests and payment questions are handled through Apple’s purchase-support processes.
Intellectual Property
Mixagerie, its software, interface, original card art, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app under Apple’s standard license. They do not permit copying, resale, reverse engineering except where law cannot prohibit it, or use of game assets to train or build another product.
Disclaimers And Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mixagerie is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, the publisher is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
