Critter Quibbles is supported by Ankur Gupta LLC. Email support@ankgupta.com with the subject “Critter Quibbles Support.” Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, the game version shown at the bottom of the Home screen, the puzzle date, and a short description of what happened. Please do not include payment-card information or other sensitive personal information.

Support messages are normally answered within five business days.

Archive Subscriptions And Restore Purchases

The shared daily puzzle is free. The optional monthly or annual Archive subscription unlocks eligible past puzzles while the subscription is active. It does not remove advertising because Critter Quibbles does not display advertising.

To restore access, open the Archive purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account that subscribed and has a working internet connection. Apple, not Ankur Gupta LLC, processes payment and maintains App Store purchase history.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription from Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Gameplay And Progress

Puzzle progress, completed-puzzle statistics, streaks, settings, and tutorial state are stored on the device. Use Restart to return the current puzzle to its initial state. Deleting the app may remove local progress, subject to Apple’s normal device backup and restoration behavior.

Game Center

Game Center is optional. If leaderboards or achievements do not update, confirm that Game Center is signed in under device Settings, then reopen the game. Declining Game Center does not prevent normal puzzle play or access to an active Archive subscription.

Notifications, Sound, Music, And Haptics

Critter Quibbles includes settings for reminders, sound effects, Music Mode, and haptics. If a daily reminder does not arrive, verify that notifications are allowed for Critter Quibbles in device Settings. Music Mode is optional and can be turned off without affecting puzzle rules.

You can discuss the shared daily puzzle in r/CritterQuibbles. Reddit is a separate service and is not required for iOS gameplay or paid Archive access.
