Email support@ankgupta.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Mixagerie version and build from Settings, the screen involved, and what happened. Do not attach a private photo unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.
Custom Cards
Open the card library and choose the add option, then select a photo. Mixagerie extracts the subject and prepares connected tabs on your device. A clear, front-facing subject with visible edges and room above and below usually works best. Custom tabs stay local and are unavailable in public Compare. Delete a custom kit from My Cards if you no longer want it stored in the app.
Daily Challenge And Compare
The daily starting stack is deterministic for the date. Public Compare requires iCloud availability and four adjacent official cards. Custom cards are blocked. If Compare is unavailable, confirm iCloud Drive and Game Center are enabled, your device has a network connection, and Apple’s system status is normal. Retry after reopening the app; Mixagerie will not replace online results with sample rankings.
Tips
Tips are optional repeatable purchases that unlock nothing. The App Store supplies the localized price. If products do not load, check network access, Screen Time purchase restrictions, your Media & Purchases account, and Apple’s system status. For a charge, receipt, or refund question, use Apple’s Report a Problem.
Sharing
Tap Share to create an image and open the iOS share sheet. The available destinations come from iOS and installed apps. If the sheet is blank, dismiss it, wait for image preparation to finish, and try again. Mixagerie does not automatically upload the image; it goes only to the destination you select.
Accessibility
Mixagerie supports system accessibility labels, Dynamic Type where the layout permits it, reduced motion, haptics, and appearance settings. If a control is unclear with VoiceOver, Switch Control, larger text, increased contrast, or reduced motion, email the exact flow and setting so it can be reproduced.
