Who we are
Beat Vector: Rhythm Aim is operated by Ankur Gupta LLC. This notice covers the app and explains how its local content, optional services, and support work. Contact support@ankgupta.com for app or privacy questions.
Content and settings on your device
The app processes the audio, beatmaps, images, and videos you deliberately select through Files, Photos, or an Apple share action. It uses these files for gameplay, local chart generation, visual customization, and replay export. Your imported media, generated charts, settings, and local run data are stored on your device; we do not operate a public upload catalog for them. Files and Photos providers may process the selection under their own policies.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Apple processes purchases, refunds, and restoration. The app receives transaction and entitlement information needed to provide paid features, not your payment-card details. Builds with RevenueCat enabled send purchase and entitlement information, an app-user identifier, and SDK/device information used for purchase operations to RevenueCat. Where no custom identity is supplied, its identifier is anonymous rather than your name. RevenueCat does not host your imported music, images, or videos. Game Center and sharing
Optional Game Center features use Apple's service for authentication, scores, and achievements. Apple processes that activity under its policies. Replay exports may include imported audio, video, and hit sounds. Exporting locally is different from sharing: when you choose a destination, that service or recipient receives the selected file under its own rules. Copies you share are not under our control.
Support and website visits
When you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond, investigate issues, and keep necessary support, security, and legal records. Avoid sending private media, passwords, or payment details. Visiting this website also involves hosting/security processing and optional, consent-based website analytics; see https://ankgupta.com/privacy for the website policy and Cookie Settings to change your analytics choice. Website analytics are not a claim that gameplay media is uploaded.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you delete it using an available app or system control, remove the app, or the operating system removes it. Apple backups and copies saved or shared elsewhere may remain. We retain support correspondence only as reasonably needed to answer requests and meet security, dispute, or legal needs, with periodic review under our support procedure. Apple and RevenueCat maintain service and transaction records under their policies and applicable obligations; deleting local app files does not erase those records. Contact us for assistance with a deletion request.
Your choices and requests
You can decline optional features, manage Apple permissions in device Settings, delete local imported tracks, and choose whether to share exports. Contact support@ankgupta.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available where you live. We may need proportionate information to verify the request and may retain information where law requires or permits it. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes
We may update this notice as the product or its services change. The effective date identifies the current notice. Material changes will receive any notice or consent required by applicable law.
