Using Beat Vector
Beat Vector: Rhythm Aim is operated by Ankur Gupta LLC. These terms cover your use of the app and related support. Apple's applicable standard app license and storefront terms also apply. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law or replaces the licenses supplied with open-source software and other licensed materials.
Purchases
Premium is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription, tip, or consumable currency. The app shows the local price and included features before purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its applicable terms. Restore eligible purchases with the Apple Account used to buy them. Access may change if a purchase is refunded or revoked.
Your media and replays
Import only media and beatmaps you have permission to use. You retain your rights in your own content. Selecting a file allows the app to process it locally for your requested gameplay, chart generation, customization, and replay export; it does not grant us a right to publish it. A replay can include source music and video. Permission to listen to a song or download a video does not necessarily include permission to publish it in a replay. You are responsible for your chosen sharing and the destination's rules.
Independent product and third-party rights
Beat Vector is an independent game, not an official mobile release of or endorsed by Rhythia, Sound Space, Roblox, Steam, or osu!. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Open-source acknowledgments and music attribution identify actual contributions, not sponsorship. Bundled music and software remain subject to their supplied licenses; these terms do not impose additional restrictions on rights those licenses grant.
Availability and fair use
Supported formats, hardware, and features are described in the app. Do not use the app to infringe others' rights, interfere with services, or misrepresent results or endorsements. Chart generation and rhythm practice do not guarantee improvement in another game. Keep copies of media or exports you wish to retain; device storage and third-party services may be unavailable or change.

We may update these terms with any notice or consent required by law. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unchanged.
